Below you can find samples of 10 photos and 1 video taken with Blackberry Bold. In phone camera is only 2 megapixels, and its quality is not among the highest… But still in my opinion, photos are better than those taken with Curve.

Outside motives – with sun and enough brightness are pretty decent, while photos taken inside, even with Bold’s white led flash – leave much to be desired…

Video quality is just so – so, not to mention low resolution… Please note the Bold makes movies in mpeg4 format .3GP … In order to make movie playable online we converted it to .avi with free tool called MP4Cam2AVI before uploading to youtube.

Still the quality did not change when I compare local playable .3gp and youtube’s version… There are some squares visible when rapidly moving camera around… And autofocus is not working very fast. If you do not believe me - download the original .3gp here (1,7 MB).
